About the Role: As our Commercial / Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our seafaring and offshore operations. With over 10,000 maritime professionals in our network, MLC licensing, and a robust infrastructure, we are well-equipped to scale our services. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your network and expertise in the seafaring and offshore industry to secure clients and projects. You will be the driving force in bringing in requests which our team can fulfill with our extensive crew resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and projects in the seafaring and offshore sectors.
• Utilize your existing network within the industry to expand our client base.
• Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the seafaring and offshore sectors.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our seafaring and offshore operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience and a strong network in the seafaring and offshore industry.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
