We have options to accommodate various preferences, from short-term assignments next to job, to fixed positions with 2- or 3-week rotations.Our company manages the crew for some notable industry leaders with the new and modern vessels of all types.In terms of compensation, we offer competitive day rates for freelance/next-to-job captains, as well as the option for fixed contracts either through Flexbox Crewing or directly with the ship owner.
