Find talents for clients in the maritime industry

As a JobWave recruiter you help companies in the maritime industry to find the talents they are looking for with help of the JobWave platform. Not only will you actively approach and discuss open positions with some of the leading firms in the maritime industry, you will also directly talk to top talents to complete their profiles and to find them new positions.

Main tasks

• Creating / managing job ads on our platform
• Contacting job seekers to check resumes and to complete their JobWave profiles
• Contacting clients to manage their open vacancies
• Seeking talent on other platforms (LinkedIn, ...)

As a JobWave recruiter you will work closely with a team of international collegues who work at affiliated shipping agencies to discuss their staffing requirements on a daily basis.

The person we are looking for has:

• Experience in recruitment / people management
• Preferably experience in the nautical industry
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to build long-term relationships with clients and job-seekers
• Excellent english language skills and is fluent in another language (Dutch / Polish / German /...)
• The discipline and dedication to work independenty
• Lives in Europe (preferably)
